Internal evidence from the HTML version indicates that the edition
included here dates to (probably) 1862CE -- there is a catalog of the
publisher's other offerings following the primary text.

In the full form, or the online HTML, this could make an alternate to
the PicDic for preliminary work HOWEVER please note that there are many
diminutives of common charges shown in this work which are NOT used in
the SCA at this time, at least not in the form / under the blazonry
which accompanies the emblazons (for example, there are several
diminutives of the bend and the chevron which are not found in current
SCA blazon registrations, in addition to those which are).
