There is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct,
or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction
of a new order of things.
-Niccolo M.
Well, there wasn't anything in the email I saw but it probably went
something like this:
"Greetings My Lords!
I am looking for the Reservation Form we need in order to send in with our
reservation. I have not heard back from Lady Alesia on whether or not the
form has been posted yet. It is not on the main website as I have been
checking it pretty frequently. I wish to send in my reservation as soon as
possible so I don't forget as I will be very busy the next few weeks in
preparation for Pennsic. I have heard from several other people who wish to
send in their reservations as well and are having the same trouble I am in
finding the reservation form. "
To answer everybody's question at once: Until you see the reservation form
online, just go ahead and mail your reservations to Lady Alesia with all the
pertinent information (when arriving, cabins / camping / onsite, number of
people, group name (if any), etc etc...) . You may EMAIL her the INFORMATION
but remember that the only reservation is a paid reservation; thus, if I
were you, I would follow the email immediately with a printed copy of same
along with your event fees. I would also include an email address so that
Lady Alesia can get ahold of you if there is a need.
