No.  Atlantia, following the model of its parent, the Kingdom of the East,
does not use such sumptuary regulations.

P.S. A number of the Meridian regs have been disallowed by the Laurel Office
as well though the banner foo has been published on and off for many years.
(Honored more in the breach than the observance, though.)

I have been requested to find out if there are any guidelines or
restrictions on size, shape, and usage of banners in the Kingdom of
Atlantia?  I am told, and I'm fairly sure this is a mere rumor, that
Meridies may have adopted some sort of standards when it comes to
banners.

In other words, is there a standard size, or set measurements, for
banners displayed by, say, a Landed Baron, or by an armigerous person?
 Our Baron and his administrative assistant (his wife) wish to know.
