Unto the populace of Atlantia, Donal, Conch Pursuivant, sends  Greeting:
 
 
In the waning light of  a midwinter afternoon, the twenty-eighth day of 
January, A.S. XL, Sir Otto von  Schwartzkatz, Baron of Marinus, did enter the 
Barnacled Bullfrog Tavern attended  by several Champions, for the purpose of 
conducting a brief Baronial  Court. 
First, His Excellency  presented Louis le Courtier with a Baronial favor in 
recognition of his recent  authorization as a fencer. 
Then, His Excellency  called forth Matthew of Marinus, the Proprietor of the 
Tavern (i.e. the event  autocrat) to name the victors of the day's contests. 
Then, His Excellency  called forth Lord Marco de Verona for the purpose of 
presenting to him the  scroll he would have received at the King's hand a week 
earlier had he been  there, inducting him into the King's Missileers. 
Next, His Excellency  called forth Lady Julienne fille de Gaspard and 
presented her the Water Lily,  Marinus’s arts and sciences award, for her excellence 
in the scribal  arts. 
Finally, His  Excellency called forth THL Felicia Catriona Morgan and 
presented her the  Baron's Award for Excellence in recognition of the excellent 
service she had  done for Marinus as Minister of the Lists for at least five  
years. 
The business thus  concluded, His Excellency departed the Tavern. 
This report is to  the best of my knowledge and recollection.
