Since we first found out about the Holiday Faire problem the Baroness, our Seneschal, other Baronies (Including Dun Carraig) have been working on a solution.  I have no doubt that a satisfactory conclusion will be found.  I would like to see the ire, implied and actual, directed against Dun Carraig cooled off.   In any situation there is going to be two sides and blame can easily be cast on either side but the truth is usually somewhere in the middle and blame does not solve anything.   Let us remember that in the Society we espouse chivalry, respect and politeness.  I encourage everyone to attend Dun Carraig’s events.  The are a fun place to play.  Starting where you stand and fixing the problem is really the only thing that will have a postive impact.  This has brought to a head the problem of a lot of Baronies, a few weekends and lots of events in a small area. Meanwhile we will keep working on putting on a Holiday Faire that will surpass last years.  I am hoping that this
  year we will surpass the 500 mark we almost hit this year.
