[MR] ISO: Merchant from Last Sapphire

At last Sapphire Joust, I gave a knife to a lovely leather merchant from (I
think) the Caer Mear area to have the sheathe replaced.  I was supposed to
pick it up at Assessment, but was busy at Assessment with my husband’s
elevation and it slipped my mind.  I’ve lost their card!
