Greetings Good Gentles!

I hope that some among you can help with a puzzle I have been  
wrestling with for some time. I remember, in the distant past,  
attending Night on the Town; it was either my first or second event.  
However, I can't quite remember when it was. I know there has been  
more than one Night on the Town, but this one should have been  
memorable for the fact that Sir Fern de la Foret (who was, I think,  
also Baroness of Windmasters Hill at the time) dressed up in a Bear  
Costume most of the day. If anyone can remember when this event took  
place, I would be much obliged.
