No; this is one of the years where the FIRST Saturday in Oct. is directly 
followed by the SECOND Monday (since Oct. 1st is a Sunday). Kingdom Law 
was recently changed to deal with this situation: when Columbus Day 
weekend includes the first Saturday of October, University gets pushed to 
the second Saturday.

So Fall University should be scheduled for October 14th this year.
