Think the best would be to show the Kingdom arms in all their glory and not some reduced form.  But this is the same argument, among others that came up before.  Jonthas had a good point though, will anyone step up to take it on and start the paperwork?  Whose permission is required to do so?  It seems unlikely that we mere mortals could do this without some sanction from Kingdom and with that in mind, will it require some extraordinary action?  This does mix mundane with SCAdian.  I know there are those that study the rules to the level of absurdity so maybe the discussion should turn to HOW do we do it rather than SHOULD we do it.  Personally, I am interested and would get said plate, assuming it is worth getting, i.e. like the Kingdom arms.  Would save replacing that sticker in the back of my window every year!
