[MR] PDF of Oak 2006 Available

A PDF of the Oak 2006 is now available.  (Thanks to
Master Tirloch for helping me convert it to PDF.) 

I am later than planned intentionally.  I wanted to
give authors a lot of time and I still had some
polishing up to do. However, 99% of the polishing is
done and those that want to see it immediately can now
have a copy.  

An HTML version will be out shortly.  If you're
anxious to see a copy of this year's Oak now please
write me privately.

Now is also the time to think about future issues.  I
will be available at University to help review works
in progress for suggestions.  You can also email me
any works in progress as I now have time to review
those.  If you have any completed articles and have
been hanging onto them please send immediately.

General comments about common roadblocks and needs
will be out shortly.
