Master Vuong Manh, Companion of the Order of the Pelican, Mandarin
Second Class of the Royal Court, Premier Companion of the Golden
Dolphin, Companion of Order of the Silver Crescent, Companion of the
Lozulet. 

Vuong Manh (or VM as we called him) was the 'granddad' to all the
children of Clan Cambion. He always had time to tell them stories and
was always gentle with them even when they were being pains.

Vuong Manh is the reason that the Atlantian newsletter is "The Acorn"
and not some sea related name. He was the Barony of Myrkewood's
chronicler at the time the Principality of Atlantia was founded. He
volunteered to be Principality Chronicler and also volunteered (and
the Barony of Mercwuld agreed) the use of their postal mailing permit
to ship out the Principality's newsletter. Of course the permit was
issued for "The Acorn" so that is what it had to be.
