[MR] Oak Draft almost done and University

A draft of our issue of the Oak is almost done.  The
authors have been given a chance to look at it first
and have been asked to respond by the end of the week
for any final changes.

After that a Word file will be available immediately
until an HTML version can be created and released.  If
necessary I have temporary place holders for an HTML
version but I don't foresee a lot of technical
difficulties.

I'm very pleased with the cooperation I've received
from the authors and I think you'll also be pleased
with the results.

Now is the time to also think about future issues. 
For University I've planned an Oak Editor's review
panel.  Bring your documentation/articles in progress
for commentary and revision suggestions.  I hope to
have several experienced researchers there with me
offering comments.  If you need help with
brainstorming that can be done too.  I'm not yet
certain of the exact time and location of course but
my hope is to have a series of these sessions.

If you have articles you're interested in submitting
please write me privately.  I'm always accepting new
material because once this issue is done I intend to
immediately begin work on the next.
