Does anyone know of a shop (or an individual) in the Charlotte, NC, York Co, SC or Columbia, SC areas who will pleat fabric for smocking? My mother wants to get back into smocking for her grandbabies, but doesn't want to do the pleating by hand, or purchase a machine. Thank you in advance! ~Irmgart
