Hokey smokes.... for that sort of price I could fly up there to do the 
job and pay the for water heater out of the change. Check with your 
utility company. Around here they'll put one in for the cost of the 
heater alone. The electric company will even give you the heater. 
They'll at least be able to recommend somebody that won't rip you off.
