Good grief, just a small correction. That e-mail should of course be kmol at atlantia.sca.org rather than .com.
If you tried to send me a note already, please try once more. Sorry for the terrible inconvenience!

Greetings to all Atlantia's fighters,
As things currently stand, all combatants who completed paperwork in the month
of October and prior should have received their Authorization Cards. All
combatants who completed paperwork in the month of November should receive
their Authorization Cards by this Friday, December 15th, 2006.
If you completed paperwork at any time and have not received your Authorization
Cards, please contact me at your earliest convenience at kmol at atlantia.sca.com.
Be sure to include your modern name, your proper mailing address, and a good
phone number just in case. I also need to know what event your paperwork was
done at, or if an individual MoL did it, who it was.
When the Temporary Card is written, it allows this office 90 days in which to
deliver your Atlantian Authorization Card. I can tell you that there is two
weeks for the report deadline right off, and if something goes wrong with the
paperwork, it could cause a delay of up to 60 days easy. If ever you are very
close to the end of the 90 day expiration (at like day 75), please contact the
KMoL as soon as possible. Something has gone awry!
It isn?t necessary to pay multiple times if you didn?t get your card the first
time! Please let the KMoL know if you don?t get your Authorization Card within
90 days of completing your paperwork. The US Mail has eaten your cards!!!
(Literally, they don?t even come back to me.)
Any time you have questions about your cards, please feel free to talk to your
local MoL, your Regional Deputy, or myself.
I would appreciate the cross-posting of this to benefit any fighters that need
this info. Thank you all for your time and assistance.
Ever in service,
Adeliza
