[MR] Gulf Wars - Atlantian Gate

Good day to the list ~
   
  I was wondering if anyone has proposed an Atlantian Gate competition for the permanent lands at Gulf Wars.  If so, where do we get the particulars?
   
  If drawings and, possibly, material lists are being solicited for a competition like that, it would be most interesting to see.  More questions come to mind.
   
  How would a competition like that would be judged?  
  Would the winning drawing be posted with the materials spec list so that others can contribute items to be delivered to the site?
  Is there a fund for the GW Atlantian Gate so individuals and groups can donate now toward purchases when needed?
  And ultimately, is there a calendar established for early work dates before the War and/or work slots during the actual War Week?
