Greetings,
I submitted this message on Sunday; since it has just hit the Mary Rose, the
cut off for the information needed will be the end of business on Friday,
December 8.
Also, if you have no activity or nothing to report, say so. A report that
tells me that there is nothing to report is better then no report at all.
Thank you,
Otto

Greetings to all;
I would like to thank Raven's Cove for hosting Unevent. It was truly a nice
site.
For all of the Chroniclers and Webministers that attended the meetings at
Unevent, it was nice to put a face to a name and I thank you all for driving

Unevent for meeting notes. Please note, that if your group is missing
quarterly reports and missed Unevent, your warrant is going to be pulled if
the information is not in my hands by 12/6.
Yours in Service,

6.11.7 Reports
All warranted Chroniclers are required to submit quarterly reports (either
mailed or emailed) to the Kingdom Chronicler, with copies to their Seneschal
and Exchequer. If the reports are mailed, they must be mailed separately,
and not as an insert to the newsletter. These reports will be due as follows
and will refer to any and all activity that took place during the reporting
time period:
. First Quarter (Jan-Mar) due on May 1st
. Second Quarter (Apr-Jun) due on August 1st
. Third Quarter (Jul-Sep) due on November 1st
. Fourth Quarter (Oct-Dec) due on February 1st.
The following items must be included in the report:
6.11.7.1 Name of the Group and Newsletter.
6.11.7.2 Name of the Chronicler (both SCA and mundane).
6.11.7.3 The number of copies made of each issue broken down into the
following categories: paid subscriptions, sponsored (pre-paid) complimentary
copies, non-sponsored complimentary copies, and extra copies (used for
giving to newcomers, etc.).
6.11.7.4 A description of how the newsletter is paid for (i.e. - totally
subsidized by the group, paid subscriptions, fund-raising, etc.). No
chronicler should be spending money out of their own pocket to finance their
newsletter!
6.11.7.5 The amount charged for subscriptions and for sponsoring a
complimentary copy.
6.11.7.6 The number of issues remaining in each subscription (subscription
liability).
6.11.7.7 A description of how the newsletter is distributed (mailed,
handed out at meetings, etc.).
6.11.7.8 Any changes to the chronicler's personal information such as
change of address, new email address, new membership expiration date, etc.
6.11.7.9 Any problems encountered by the chronicler relative to the
running of their office.
