[MR] Coursing at coronation

According to the National Weather Service, between now and Saturday night the 
area the coronation site is located could get up to 3 and a half inches of 
rain.  That means that the field for coursing would be too wet and muddy to 
course the dogs safely.  Additionally Annapolis is under a flood watch and could 
get between 4 and 6 inches of rain (that pesky upper right quadrant of a 
rotating tropical system problem) meaning power outages.  With all this in mind, for 
the safety of the dogs, I am regretfully going to have to cancel coursing at 
Atlantian coronation.  I'll be staying close to the sump pump and the portable 
generator.
