Since the question was asked more than once:

The flier states that 7 PM is the official start time of Coronation on
Friday. Does that mean you can't get there earlier? No. I will be on site
around 3 PM to start setup and such. The horses will be on site around 4.
You can get there at 3:01 PM if you so desire. Be aware that early arrivers
will be put to work. ;> But, for instance, the portajohns won't be on site
until 5 or 6-ish. Just FYI.

On a serious note: If you do arrive early and you have a tent to set up of
any sort, DON'T DO IT until you have talked to me (or a designated
representative) and gotten verbal permission to set it up.

Oh, one more note: when you drive on to site you will see a Recycling area.
Feel free to use it. However, be aware that the parking spaces directly
in front of it are for staff/royalty only. When the main parking lot fills
up, overflow parking will be going to one of two places depending on
weather.

Regards,

Jonathan Blackbow

There is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct,
or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction
of a new order of things.
