[MR] New Heraldic Submission Forms Now Available

I am glad to report that on the Laurel Queen of Arms has now approved the
Atlantian variants to the new submission forms mandated by the Laurel
Office.  All six forms in PDF format are now available on the Atlantian
heraldic web site at herald.atlantia.sca.org.  

We anticipate that a mailing with hard copy masters of the forms will be
going out to all warranted heralds in the near future.  A new summary guide
to handling the forms correctly has also been written and should be up on
the web site by the time many of you read this.

As we do not yet know precisely when Laurel will begin returning submissions
for use of the old forms in use for the last six years or so, I am asking
all heralds and all submitters to begin using the new forms immediately.
(These forms will be used for all Atlantian submissions made at Pennsic.)

If you have any problems using the forms, I urge you to contact me for
assistance.  Normally, I will get back to you very quickly.  However, as I
will be leaving for Pennsic tomorrow and will not return to Atlantia until
21 August, assistance may be a bit slow since I do not anticipate having
computer access while at the War.
