My apologies to those who get this many times. I am
attempting to disperse some information about the
upcoming Sapphire Joust and Kingdom Birthday event.

> Please cross-post this to your local email lists:
>
> I made a significant number of updates to the
> Sapphire Joust Website today including a list of
> attending merchants, A&S activities, and the
> schedule for Armored Combat activities. As
> schedules are firmed up, I will post information for
> rapier combat as well as youth combat. After Crown
> Tournament, I will have a complete weekend schedule
> ready. Check the updates at:
> http://geocities.com/sapphirejoust
>
> Here are a few other things to note:
>
> It is the intention of Their Royal Majesties to
> meet will ALL of the polling orders at Sapphire
> Joust, and this will likely be the only event They
> meet with the Orders. As soon as I can make as
> balanced a schedule for all NINE orders, I will post
> that information. There is no way that all order
> meetings can be scheduled without a conflict with
> ANY other thing so please be patient and
> understanding if your meeting conflicts with another
> activity. We have only so much time in the weekend.

> Please note again that May 1, 2006 is the postmark
> date for sending in reservations at the discounted
> price. Pricing information and the address which to
> mail your reservation to are on the website. The
> last date for which we will accept pre-reservations
> is the postmark date of May 20, 2006. After that
> date, we will be finalizing land allotments and will
> not be able to add your reservation to your
> encampment. Read that again: if you have not sent
> in your pre-reservation by May 20, do not put it in
> the mail. You can pay at the door and if you want
> to camp, you will get a place in singles camping,
> but on after May 20, we will not add anymore people
> to group encampments.
>
> You can anticipate more updates to the website in
> the very near future. My current work schedule
> makes it difficult for me to access the website at
> work or to respond to emails, but my home internet
> access has been restored. I am also available by
> phone until 10pm on week nights (I am out many
> evenings between 6:30 and 9 so please leave a
> voicemail and I will return your call) so if you
> have any questions, please call or email me.
