[MR] self stick closed cell for polearms

does anyone know of a source for self stick closed
cell foam about 3/4 inch thick, and about 1 & 1/4
inches wide? 

i need something to use as polearm padding on top of
my "By My Hand" polearm heads. i have used the thinner
stuff sold by Mandrake, but i wanted a roll of foam
pre cut to the width if there is any available. the
foam gets cut up after a few battles, and i would like
to be able to fix it up quick.
