My dear Brother...

If it is as you say, and this was a youngster brought to Our court, then 
I am very concerned for the health of the mother creature.  No good 
mother would allow her children to wander so near, let alone into 
dangerous lands, as this creature obviously had.  Perhaps she has become 
so old and frail that she no longer remembers to keep after them.  No 
mother raptor would allow a being near her nest to threaten her young, 
let alone allow it to test its wings into unfriendly territory.  
Perchance those of Windmasters' Hill need to look after the doddering 
creature to make sure she does no harm to herself, which we would be 
distressed to hear.

On the other hand, dearest Eogan, perhaps this is an age old ploy, which 
you try to fool Our citizens with..  Are cats not masters at disguising 
their true size?  Do they not puff themselves up and walk sideways to 
confuse their enemies into thinking they are much bigger than they truly 
are?  Do not think the good people of Sacred Stone so easily fooled.

In October we will see just how much the Kitty has fluffed her fur, and 
how much her tests have ruffled the feathers of our beloved Phoenix.
