[MR] Field Space At Spring Crown Tourney

Unto Atlantia,

Greetings from Auric von Regensburg, Field Space Coordinator for Atlantia's Spring Crown Tourney. I'm currently in the process of laying out the field and planning for the event, and I've already received a number of requests for field space. If you have not already sent in a request, please take note of the following: 

With Letters of Intent due by April 15th, we will be accepting field space requests through April 20th. Any request received after that time will be allotted a space upon arrival. So make sure you reserve! 

Please include the following with your request:
- Length and Width of your Pavilion.
- Rope Allowance required.
- If this is for a participant in Crown Tourney.
- If this is for a Barony or Group

Confirmations will begin going out as soon as tomorrow. If you have *already* sent in your request and do not receive confirmation by Monday, April 17th, contact me immediately to ensure your request is being addressed. Any request I receive from now until April 20th will be confirmed as they are received, with final confirmations to be sent out on April 21st.
