[MR] War of the Wings: Causualties of War

War of the Wings is only six months away! And yet we have already had our
first causality.

This past weekend at Sacred Stone's Novice Tourney, during the evening court
of Their new Excellencies, Marc and Alianor, they were presented with a bag
by one of Their huntsmen from the border. The bag contained the rather
flattened remains of what was once a winged cat. Horrified and saddened,
Their Excellencies of Windmaster's Hill, Geoffrey and Maddalena, demanded
retribution. Baron Geoffrey issued Baron Marc a personal challenge that at
War of the Wings they will combat each other in different forms of heavy,
rapier, archery, and equestrian. So be sure to come to War of the Wings to
witness the Barons' Challenge! October 22, 2006, in Elkin, North Carolina.
