[MR] Combat Archery at Night on the Town

There will be combat archery during the woods battle at Night on the Town
next weekend.  All archers with appropriate arrows are welcome to
participate.  MITs who would like to get experience at a rare CA event
during a rapier battle are welcome to attend as well.  The MIC has mentioned
that Yeoman archers will be welcome.  There will be CA authorizations before
the battles start.
