[MR] Latest Submissions Results on Heralds' Web Page

Thanks to the incredible efficiency of our webmistress Ealdthryth of
Humberstone, the results of the January Laurel meetings (yes, those are the
meetings with most of the submissions from Pennsic and fall Coronation!) and
the March Atlantian submissions considerations are now available on the
heraldic web site at herald.atlantia.sca.org.

I don't normally take up email space with a notice when these letters go up,
but I have had so many queries from submitters and heralds alike about the
Pennsic submissions in particular that I thought it was worth the bandwidth
this time!
