Wham! The ground shakes as another projectile impacts the castle wall.
There it comes, the enemy army approaches. Several walls of shields
merging - right here, archers shooting overhead...and right there - The
King himself assessing his armies. 

Welcome to the King's Assessment! Grand melees will be held, including
siege warfare, castle attack, open field, town, and possibly even woods
battles. Combat Archery will make an impression and there will be lots
of scenarios for both Heavy and Rapier fighters. All designed to prepare
and test your skills for the Great Pennsic War.

Onto all Atlantians goes my personal invitation to join me at the King's
Assessment on June 16th. So mark your calendars since you will not want
to miss this. There will be tons of fighting and tons of activities for
