If the GoA comes from an Order, then isn't it the Order itself, instead of 
the whatever the title, that says more?  For example, "Lady Jane of Doe, 
Order of the Pearl" seems to mean more than "THL Jane of Doe".  Or am I 
oversimplifying?

Which is pretty impressive for the kingdom!  Makes us relocated folks 
jealous as ever *doh*, but it really speaks well for this part of the 
kingdom that folks are recognized for good deeds in waking memory of said 
deeds.
