Actually, the equivalence is delegated to Laurel and she could do that after
consulting with the College of Arms, but I suspect that there would be some
resistance given the older usage and a later attempt at using it for a
"superpeerage" in the West. . .

can we ask the board to revisit the issue,
specifically asking them to authorize it as an
equivalent to Count? or am i wrong in assuming that it
would be relatively equivelent?
