The phrase "The Honorable Lord/Lady" came into use in the 18th century, as
far as we have been able to determine.
The term is sufficiently post-period that no one in the SCA should use it.
The fact that some do is not an excuse. Atlantia tried to legislate the
usage about five years ago, until it was pointed out that such a law was
in violation of Corpora.
