[MR] Katrina Relief: Updates and upcoming collections

Greetings,
Much has happened since my last update. Another hurricane has hit another Kingdom - Ansteorra this time and much of the relief effort is now being spread amongst the two impacted areas.
The Meridies organizers are using current stockpiles to supply those that are in need and are still collecting gift cards and monetary donation for immediate impact.

WITHIN ATLANTIA:
This weekend - UNIVERSITY
A silent Auction will be held to raise monies for the Victims of
Hurricane Katrina. They are looking to have people bring whatever items you wish to donate by 1130 to the site. The auction will begin at 1130 and run through 1630. All items will need to be paid for a picked up by 1700. Monetary donations will definitely be accepted. Items to be auctioned are NOT restricted to period and can include personal services such as an agreement to make a scroll, or banner, or garb, etc.

Next weekend - CRUSADES
Collection of garb and money to be sent to help the hurricane victims. More information will be sent early next week.
