[MR] Deadline for Lunch w/Pre-Registration For Storvik BBD Ending Soon!

Greetings,

As the Storvik caravan makes itself known on the event horizon, we are reminding everyone that there are still a couple of days left before the pre-registration lunch included deadline of October 1st for Storvik's Baronial Birthday on October `4th-16th. Our head cook, Lady Graciela will provide a light repast as well as refreshments to quench both your hunger as well as your thirst. A tiny taste of things yet to come for the feast later on that evening. Just imagine
not having to haul extra food in your cooler and having to decide what to do for lunch. 

 

For those sending in reservations, please make checks out to “Barony of Storvik, SCA Inc.” and include your mundane name, SCA name, membership# & expiration date, an email address if you would like confirmation that we received your reservation as well as what you are signing up for so that I know how you broke down your fees – mistakes can happen. Send it to: Kim Toyofuku; 9362 Northgate Road; Laurel, MD 20723-1362 (kim_wolfshavensca at yahoo.com). I'm willing to consider anyone who's registration is postmarked Oct. 1st as pre-registered.

 

You are still more than welcome to register after that date but lunch will not included in your site fee though it can be purchased on site that day for a modest donation.  Event information and fees are listed below.
