[MR] Deadline for Lunch with Pre-Registration For Storvik BBD Coming Fast!

Greetings,

As the Storvik caravan makes itself known on the event horizon, we are reminding everyone that there are less than two weeks left before the pre-registration lunch included deadline for the event on October 1st. Our head cook, Lady Graciela will provide a light repast as well as refreshments to quench both your hunger as well as your thirst. A tiny taste of things yet to come for the feast later on that evening. Just imagine
not having to haul extra food in your cooler and having to decide what to do for lunch. 

 

Either the autocrat, James Griffin or I will be at Storvik fighter practices every Monday before the event for anyone who would like to tender their reservations then. I will also be at the following events running the Sweet Shop for the kingdom travel fund if anyone would like to give me their reservations at that time: Highland Foorde Investiture and Crusades. You can’t miss me
I’m literally the only Asian lady running the booth there all the time. 

 

For those sending in reservations, please make checks out to “Barony of Storvik, SCA Inc.” and include your mundane name, SCA name, membership# & expiration date, an email address if you would like confirmation that we received your reservation as well as what you are signing up for so that I know how you broke down your fees – mistakes can happen. You are still more than welcome to register after that date but lunch will not included in your site fee though it can be purchased on site that day for a modest donation.  Event information and fees are listed below.
