Storvik Baronial Birthday
Atlantian Mounted Cavalry Information Packet
October 14 16, 2005
Their Excellencies of the Barony of Storvik, Baron Sean Delamare and Baroness Elizabeth Harlan, invite you to celebrate their Barony's Birthday at Patuxent River Park on October 14th-16th. In addition to the regularly scheduled activities, the Atlantian Mounted Calvary will be holding a Ribbon Tourney and other mounted games.
All gentles wishing to ride private horses or rental horses must return the registration form, with all payments due for the mounted cavalry to the Marshal of the Horse by October 11, 2005. You MUST pre-register with the Marshal of the Horse in order to ride a rental horse at this event. No one who shows up at the door without pre-registering to ride will be allowed on a rental horse. Those who bring their own horses need to pre-register as well so we have a head count and you receive all the information you need prior to the event. You may request a refund of your mounted cavalry pre-registration up until October 11 should you be unable to attend. After Oct 11 you get a refund of rental horse fees only if we can sell your ride. See below for the address to mail the form to. RESERVE EARLY there is an extremely limited number of rental horses. Due to the age of the rental horses, they will be ridden at a walk only.
NOTE:
Cost for the event is Site Fee: $7.00 Adult (13+), Camping add $5.00, Feast add $8.00 ($4.00 for children 6-12, under 6 free), Non-SCA Members add $3.00 to the above fees. If you register by Oct. 1 Lunch on Saturday is included in your site fee. SEND EVENT REGISTRATION FEES TO: Kim of Wolfshaven (Kim Toyofuku) 9362 Northgate Rd, Laurel, MD 20723.
