[MR] no CAV authorizations at Storvik Baronial Birthday

Greetings all,
 
I regret to announce that there will not be rider authorizations conducted at 
Storvik's Baronial Birthday in October. 
 
Those who are already are authorized riders are welcome to attend. Please reserve rental horses early - they are extremely limited and are "walk only" horses (because they are elderly).
