[MR] Introduction and question

Greetings,
First I'll introduce myself having just joined. I'm Kimberly of Shropshire 
(mka Kim or kit), married to Donngal MacGregor and We are in the Canton of 
St. Georges. I am hoping to become active within the A&S in a variety of 
ways. 

Which brings me to my question. I am researching herbs at the moment and 
needed some help with documentation. As in what types of documentation is 
needed or accepted please.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
