[MR] A greeting and challenge from Northshield

Greetings I do bring to you all from our cousins in fair Northshield,

M'lord Soren Gunn of Iron Wolf Forge has informed me that the Smiths of the 
Kingdom of Northshield have sent forth a challenge unto the Known World. The 
Smiths have challenged all the bards of our lands for songs and prose that 
they might forge and smith to as they do enjoy the art of music as well. 
They seek words and rhythm or even a poem that they might actually work to, 
original works remakes and filk are all welcome.

This competition will be held in the lands of Northshield at Warriors and 
Warlords XIII during the Second weekend of July A.S. XLI (Mundanely in 
Western WI in 2006) As this gives the bards of our grand Kingdom time to 
give their best if might they attend.

M'Lord Soren Gunn has assured me that the prize package for this competition 
shall be of grand proportions as they Smiths will be greatly pleased for 
music that they can work to, and there shall be extra points awarded for 
music that is related to the art of the forge.

I pass this along as I know that our Kingdom has the grandest of Bardic
