Greetings,

There are many areas within this topic and many ways to contribute. The Leaders in both Meridies and Glenn Abhann have set up the following website to organize the efforts of the Society. http://maxandlethrenn.org/hurricane_relief/ More information will be added over time.

What can YOU do for this effort:

Money (personal funds only, NO SCA FUNDS):
    This can always be used. Those with local first hand knowledge know what they need and will then have the purchasing power to buy it. 100% of these funds will be used to assist SCA members and their families.

Items and Care Packages:
Currently the requests are for gas cards, gift cards to walmart/lowes, personal hygiene items, and mundane clothing.

Long & Short Term Housing/Employment possibilites:
Those that have lost everything, may need to leave the affected area for either the short or long term. 

If you are in a position to offer Housing to any number of people (from 1 more) please send me an email at katdevereaux at hotmail.com including the following information:
Where are you mundanely located?  How many can you sleep? Time period - Long Term or Short Term or # of months/weeks??  Pets - already have or are ok to bring?  Anything else?

I will gather and forward this information to the Crash Space Coordinator.

SCA Supplies:
These will be needed in the near future, but you may start taking inventory of what you may want to donate.  Please hold onto these until they are requested. Exception: There is only one current request for items and that is for Garb and Sewing supplies. Please either contact me at katdevereaux at hotmail.com or bring this to Coronation. I will then be holding on to this until its requested.
