[MR] SCA_Adopt Yahoo Group

As my husband and I have been trying to navigate the maze of adoption
in the modern world, I have been repeatedly surprised by the number of
SCA folk whose lives are also touched by adoption. Many are adoptive
parents or adoptees, others have placed children for adoption, and
many, like ourselves, are trying to adopt. If you do not fall into
one of these categories, several of your friends very likely do! 

As many of us have found our closest friends through the SCA (my
husband and I met here) and as the topic of adoption often seems
awkward to bring up in the larger SCA environment, I have started a SCA
Adoption Yahoo Group. My hope is that it serve as a way for those of us
touched by adoption, or those just curious, to meet each other and
share
our ideas and resources. 

So, I invite any who are interested to join the "SCA_Adopt" yahoo
group. I have begun adding links and info to the site, and as word
spreads across the Known World, hopefully it will become a great
