Greetings unto all to whom these presents come from the Mistress Mordeyrn
Tremayne, Autocrat of Fall University!

We hope you will find the time and ability to join the Stronghold of Raven's
Cove this coming Saturday, 1 Oct, for the Fall session of the Atlantian
University. The weekend promises to be a sunny, temperate fall day on the
Coast of Carolina.

We will be hosting a Silent Auction to raise monies for the Victims of
Hurricane Katrina. Please bring whatever items you wish to donate by 1130 to
the site, Jacksonville Commons Middle School. The auction will begin at 1130
and run through 1630. All items will need to be paid for a picked up by
1700. Monetary donations will definitely be accepted. Items to be auctioned
are NOT restricted to period and can include personal services such as an
agreement to make a scroll, or banner, or garb, etc.

We will also provide 100 bag lunches for the cost of $3/each consisting of:
- Cornish pasties using traditional beef, turnip and onion, and
- A vegetarian version with potato, cheese and onion.
- Homemade shortbread for dessert, and
- a piece of fruit.

Sodas and water will also be provided at a minimal cost. For those who wish
to eat out there is a plethora of restaurants and fast food very close to
the school.

The Site is the Jacksonville Commons Middle School (315 Commons Drive South,
Jacksonville, NC  28546), which is located in central Jacksonville. This is
a school, so, please, no live steel, or pets. This is also a dry site.

Isle and Atlantic Beach to the North and Top Sail Island to the South. You

Directions: Take your best route to US Hwy 17 (Marine Blvd) in Jacksonville,
NC. Once in Jacksonville, if coming from the SOUTH, turn LEFT onto Western
Blvd; if from the NORTH turn RIGHT onto Western Blvd. Wal Mart is at this
intersection. Pass Wal Mart and several other business. Turn RIGHT onto
Gateway South at the light directly after Geoffrey's Toy Store. Follow the
road around. At the first stop sign, turn RIGHT onto Commons Drive. Follow
the road around; Jacksonville Commons Middle School will be the first school
on the LEFT
