[MR] Information Concerning Harvest Moon

Greetings from Black Diamond!

 Anyone planning on making the trip to Blacksburg for the event this weekend, 
there are some important things for you to know/be reminded of.

 1. The event is on a dry site.  There is a football game going on this 
weekend, but don't expect there to be drinks on site. It is dry, and it will 
be enforced.

 2. Anyone arriving on Saturday, please try to show up before 11:00 AM.  If 
you plan on arriving after 11:00 AM, you will need a pass to get onto the 
site.  I will have those passes.  If you need one, please contact me either by 
email (day101 at vt.edu) tonight, or by phone (540-250-5984) tomorrow.

 3. If you arrive after 11, please refer to the alternative entrance to the 
site.  If you need directions, please feel free to contact me at the above 
number.

 Feel free to call at any reasonable hour if you have questions, and hope to 
see you at the event.
