Greetings from Master Eldred AElfwald unto the populace of Atlantia.

Here follows my account of Last Court of Their Majesties, Robert de
Rath and Denise Duvalier, King and Queen of Atlantia. Court was held
on the morning of September 3, A.S. XL--being 2005 in the Gregorian
reckoning.

A beautiful day in the mountains of Nottinghill Coill were the setting
for this occasion.

The first order of business was the presentation to Her Majesty of a
gift created by the members of Arachne's Web: a lace-edged
handkerchief.

Her Majesty then invited into Her presence, the following individuals
in order to bestow upon them the award of the Undine and the use of
the Kingdom's mascot, a unicornate hippocampus (aka: "Spike") as a
Supporter and another animal or charge of the person's choosing :
Sir Thomas of Calais,
Lady Livia of Ravenswood,
Lady Katherine Devereaux,
Lady Celia of Rosedale,
Lady Collwen ferch Daffydd ab Ifan,
Lord Meuric O'r Glyn,
Lord Iustinos Ancyrenos,
Lord Jonah M'Coghlane,
Mistress Ilse von Brenner,
Lady Branwen Bach, and
Lord Manus O'Kean.
Her Majesty then released these gentles from Her service.

Lady AElfwyn of Wenlock, Lord Connor Sinclair, Lord Matthew of
Marinus, and Lord Shea of Ebonwoulfe were summoned before His Majesty
that they might receive the King's Award of Excellence and the use of
the Kingdom's mascot, a unicornate hippocampus (aka: "Spike") as a
Supporter and another animal or charge of the person's choosing. His
Majesty then released these gentles from His service.

For their support of the Kingdom, most especially in service to the
Crowns of Atlantia, the following persons were permitted the use of
the Kingdom's mascot, a unicornate hippocampus (aka: "Spike") as a
Supporter and another animal or charge of the person's choosing:
Lord Olaf Stammkopf,
Lord Egill Gulbjorn,
Lord James de Biblesworth,
Lady Catriona inghean Ghiricc,
Lord Conall MacLeod,
Lady Courtney de Houghton,
Lady Nanne of Hunterstoune,
Master Robear de Bardoulf,
Lady Alesia Gillefalyn,
Lady Melissent d'Artois,
Lord Christopher MacConning
Lady Wulfwyn.
They too, were released from Their Majesties' service.

The King's Champion and Warlord, His Excellency, Count Valharic
Aurelius was called before His Majesty that he might recieve the
King's Award of Excellence and an Augmentation of Arms in the form of
a sea-lion representing His Excellency's position as Warlord. Count
Valharic was then released from his service as King's Champion.

For their outstanding service to Crown and Kingdom, Lord Robert of
Calais and Lady Elspet Byndelase were bestowed the rank and style of
Baron and Baroness of the Court of Atlantia, and were further honored
to be permitted the use of the Kingdom's mascot, a unicornate
hippocampus (aka: "Spike") as a Supporter and another animal or charge
of their choosing.

Their Majesties then spoke parting words to the populace in attendance
and then to one another. As the final act of Their reign, His
Majesty, Robert, charged Count Valharic Aurelius and Sir Thomas of
Calais with guarding the Crowns of Atlantia until the rightful Heirs
and True King and Queen of Atlantia came to claim them. Thus did
Robert and Denise descend from the thrones and rule of fair Atlantia,
processing out of Court to the tumultuous applause of the populace.

Here ends my true and accurate accounting of the Last Court of Robert
de Rath and Denise Duvalier.
