[MR] changes to CCR3

Greetings unto the people of Atlantia, from Eogan mac Ailpein, autocrat of 
Celtic Cattle Raids 3,

Well as we quickly come up the date of Celtic Cattle Raids 3 I have make 
some minor changes to the info on the website.  Please go to 
http://home.nc.rr.com/eogan/ccr2005/index.htm to see any updates that might 
effect you.

The most significate change is, we have not been able to find anyone who 
will commit to being the Youth Marshal at the event. So unless one comes 
forward quickly we will have to cancel Youth Combat.  We really don't want 
to disappoint the kids.
