[MR] the tyger is coming

The war wagons have returned and you have shared with friends stories of 
Pennsic's adventures. So too for our most northern neighbors, and they 
have been waiting to for the next challenge. Atlantia- prepare for the 
tyger is coming.

Each spear will be tested, each rapier's mettle challenged, each 
artisan's masterwork scrutinized. The tyger will not lie dormant for the 
winter without another try for victory. Atlantia will meet them, and 
prove our might once more.
