   Do I detect a suggestion of Atlantian hegemony?  ;^) 
Perhaps a pretext for a little interbaronial skirmish ... I 
mean, get together ... in the future? Hmmmm...

   Bryn Madoc is the easternmost Barony in Meridies, much too 
close to the Atlantian border for comfort. <heh heh>  We 
don't want to discourage folks from attending the Atlantian 
events scheduled for the same day, but truth to tell, the 
site is closer to many Atlantian groups than Meridian ones. 
And we like Atlantians! (Not just for breakfast any more...)

   Baroness Sofia, Baroness of Bryn Madoc, THL Wyn (Danelaw 
autocrat) and I attended the recent Coronation of TRM Janos 
and Rachel, and we had a *fabulous* time.  The site was 
beautiful, the people gracious, the feast wonderful and the 
bardic circle epic. We were especially touched by the many 
folks who personally expressed their support and concern for 
the folk of southern Meridies.  Thank you. 

   So do consider a raid on ... I mean, a friendly visit to 
Meridies for some Viking fun the weekend of Oct. 1.
