[MR] serious Atlantian website problem

It seems that the issue with sca.org has been resolved.  Depending on
how your ISP sets their DNS cache you may still see the
underconstruction page.  It can take upto 48 hours for information to
update.  If you so desire you can use atlantia.org to access the site,
but please be aware that currently atlantia.org's dns is not in sync
with atlantia.sca.org so your milage may vary.
