[MR] disaster plan - yes we do

Yes Atlantia does have a small disaster plan of sorts.
 Back when there were constant messages about "I have
crash space if someone needs it."  Dryw suggested that
someone compile these offers so I did.  We have an
unofficial collection of crash space offers for
Atlantia.  When a hurricane is headed towards our area
I make a point of keeping in close contact with the
local seneschals.

It's nothing official and hasn't been needed very
often as most people on the coast often already have
some sort of plan.

However if you would like to be on the list of
volunteers simply write me with your contact
information, any allergy issues as well as any pets
you may have and I'll add you to the list.

I should note again, this is an unofficial
organization of help not directly related to any
office in the SCA.  It's just a bunch of random people
that like to offer support when needed.

Of course if anyone else in any other kingdom needed
crash space I would work to help them but with the
current crisis I don't believe they'll have a chance
to get out from where they are...  If you would like
to forward this message to any other areas affected
feel free.  I am only on the Atlantian kingdom list
and don't usually post OT messages on the society
lists I read.


I personally think it would be smarter for each
kingdom to have its own plan but that doesn't always
work out.
