[MR] Richmond Highland Games and Celtic Festival

I have been contacted by the State Fair committee that now runs the Richmond
Celtic Festival.  They are particularly interested in Thrown weapons
demonstrations and education. The event draws well and is 0ctober 22 & 23. I
can help with setup and Sunday if we can locate the targets and manpower to
do this. I can add a shade and crash space. If this is doable let me know as
soon as possible.
