Allegranza,
Either he wants to build a mangonel or he wants to
build a trebuchet. Two different animals :-)
(Mangonel is also another name for an onager, a type
of catapult powered by torsion.)

According to the new rules, he will need a base. We
have designed the Atlantian Wheelbarrel of Doom, but
the plans are not in this site. Those plans are
uploaded to the files section of the Atlantian siege
guild group. I would recommend that he signs up.
